Der Fokus muss auf dem Kunden liegen und auf dem Problem, das er hat \u2014 auch wenn er selbst es noch nicht erkannt hat. Erst wenn das klar ist, l\u00e4sst sich Wert liefern. Wer diesen Schritt \u00fcberspringt, hat nichts zu verkaufen.<\/p><p>Verk\u00e4ufer jagen oft Deals, von denen sie l\u00e4ngst wissen, dass sie tot sind. Angst \u00fcbernimmt, sie tauchen ab, sie melden sich nicht mehr. Dann kommt die Preisfrage, und die einzige Antwort, die bleibt, ist ein Rabatt. Sie verfehlen ihre Zahlen.<\/p><p>Identifizieren Sie das Problem des Kunden, und der Rest wird leicht. Klarheit. Fokus. Umsetzung.
